邪来烦恼至
正来烦恼除
邪正俱不用
清净至无余
Trouble come with foul thinking
Trouble gone with honest mind
Without foul and without honest
Pure like everything is nothing
I think i am just a normal people
I always try to be satisfied with what i have now
If there is less , i will more appreciate what i left
If there is more , i will be grateful
If you feel content with what you have now
Then you can find happiness beside you
Want or more is not bad thinking
But if you are too stubborn to accept the truth
And keep trapping yourself in the past
You will live in the past , you won't proceed in the present
Sometimes why don't you release your tighten fist
And try to relax , you might realize how easy the feeling
To let go of the past and continue forward
